Ray-DASHNEES Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your scent! If a fragrance you purchased isn't quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered with our easy store credit exchange policy.

💠 Here's how it works:

We offer store credit only (no cash refunds) for returns and exchanges.

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Store credit is issued as a Ray-DASHNEES e-gift card which you can use anytime toward your next purchase.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.

💠 Return Conditions:

To be eligible for return:

The perfume must be at least 95% full.

It must be in the original packaging (including the box and any pouch or extras).

The item must be in good, unused condition.

💠 How to Start a Return:

Just email us at contact@raydashnees.com with your order number and a photo of the product, and we’ll help you through the next steps.

Fragrances purchased with promotional codes or discount offers (you can still get store credit though!)

We are not responsible for return packages that get lost, stolen, or damaged in transit — please keep your tracking info!

If your return is approved, we’ll send your store credit via email after we receive and inspect the product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or tampered items cannot be accepted.
